Become a trusted advisor at 360Learning as a Remote Solution Expert. Support strategic customers by delivering tailored solutions that enhance product adoption and maximize their use of the platform. As a Solution Expert, you will engage with enterprise clients and manage a portfolio focused on driving product efficiency and technical integration. Your role involves leveraging consulting expertise to understand client needs, implement integrations, and perform solution audits. Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure high-value delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients effectively
Analyze advanced client needs for tailored solutions
Implement API integrations and platform audits
Deliver professional services to existing customer base
Develop repeatable processes to enhance delivery quality

Requirements:

3 years of professional consulting experience
Familiarity with SaaS product deployments
Ability to work with APIs and SSO configuration
Strong project management skills
Client-first, solution-oriented mindset
