Intermediate Civil Earthworks Engineer

Design mining and industrial earthworks with Ausenco in Vancouver or Calgary, applying Civil 3D, soil mechanics, and hydraulic design expertise. Hybrid work supports office and home-based collaboration.As an Intermediate Civil Engineer, you will support Ausenco’s Project Delivery team within its Minerals and Metals business line. The position covers civil and site utility design from concept through construction. You will guide engineers, coordinate disciplines, and deliver work meeting standards, budgets, and schedules.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver civil earthworks engineering designs within required standards and timeframesCoordinate resources across Ausenco and sub-consultant officesManage budgets and review civil capital cost estimatesPrepare designs for grading, roads, utilities, and stormwaterLead teams, mentor engineers, and support performanceRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in civil earthworks engineeringMinimum five years of civil earthworks design experienceMinimum three years in mining and industrial projectsProficiency in CAD and Civil 3DProfessional Engineer registration in British ColumbiaApply civil earthworks, Civil 3D, and technical leadership skills to mining projects with Ausenco in Vancouver or Calgary.
