Apply earthworks and site development expertise to major Hatch projects in Mississauga, covering grading, drainage, roads, and paving. The work is fully in-office.Agilus by Synergie is seeking a Civil Engineer for Hatch’s engineering consulting practice. You will lead general civil engineering activities across mining, energy, and infrastructure assignments, including bulk earthworks, access roads, and large-scale site development. Success requires project leadership, design coordination, and rigorous technical verification.Key Responsibilities:
Lead general civil engineering and design activitiesDevelop grading, drainage, roads, and paving designsGuide projects involving bulk earthworks and earth structuresCoordinate with managers and multidisciplinary design teamsVerify drawings, calculations, and contract documentationRequirements:
Six or more years’ civil engineering experienceLeadership and project management on mid-to-large projectsCivil Engineering degree and P.Eng. pathwayExpertise in access roads and large-scale site developmentExperience with hydrology, hydraulics, and civil softwareUse your earthworks, grading, drainage, and project leadership background to deliver Hatch civil designs from its Mississauga office.
