Transform diagnostic care delivery at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres as a Clinical App Expert. Focus on integrating EMR and RIS/PACS systems to optimize clinic operations. WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Clinical App Expert to manage the implementation and configuration of essential Clinical Information Systems. This role involves supporting staff and ensuring efficient system performance, while developing comprehensive training materials and workflows. Your contributions will enhance the overall functionality and user experience in the clinics. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure integrated Clinical Information Systems for clinics
- Conduct comprehensive testing and integration of systems
- Develop new workflows and reporting frameworks
- Monitor system performance and maintain networks
- Provide direct support and training for clinic staff
- Degree/diploma in Medical Radiation Technology or Computer Science
- Preferred MRT certification and hands-on experience in RIS/PACS
- Familiarity with RamSoft and PowerScribe360 is advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities
