Vice President of Sales North America

- Lead North American sales with district managers and account teams
- Develop and execute strategies for existing and new accounts
- Mentor sales managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee strategic national accounts with major retailers
- Drive sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and pipeline management
- 5+ years in leadership with CPG sales experience
- Proven success managing key accounts like Walmart
- Strong financial acumen in P&L and budgeting
- Familiarity with North American sales environments
- University degree in Business or Marketing preferred
