VP Flight Operations — Lead Safety, Training & Growth

Flyyeg

Flair Airlines is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Flight Operations from our Toronto office. You will oversee pilot training, crew resources, dispatch, and the OCC, driving safety and efficiency across the network.

Responsibilities include strategy development, budget ownership, and regulatory engagement with Transport Canada, while guiding labour relations and operational risk management to support growth and reliability.
