Kitchen assistant manager Full Time VaudreuilSince 2011, Sesame Restaurants have offered a revisited Asian experience to their customers. Rich in flavors and possibilities, Sesame is looking for passionate and ambitious people to join our kitchen team!
You will be responsible for preparing and serving all stations while ensuring that Sesame standards are met. You will work closely with all staff to ensure the smooth running of operations during the service.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the foods used in the preparation of dishes (cutting vegetables, cooking, recipe, serving, etc.)
- Prepare the dishes quickly, ensuring that you respect presentation standards
- Respect hygiene and health standards, health rules and safety
- Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the workplace and equipment
- Cleaning the kitchen and equipment
- Using cleaning products
- Ensuring the rotation of orders
- You support the chef in all of these functions and supervise the team.
- All other related tasks
