Java Backend Standards Lead | Quality & AI Guidelines
Interac Corp.
Interac Corp. is seeking an Engineering Standards Lead to define and enforce Java/Kotlin coding standards across backend microservices. You will maintain standards docs, drive quality KPIs, and guide cloud-native modernization while mentoring engineers and collaborating with security and architecture teams.
You will shape AI adoption guidelines for engineering, lead tooling evaluations, and communicate technical recommendations to senior stakeholders in a hybrid Canada-wide role.
