Marketing and Investor Relations Coordinator - Markham, ON The Marketing and Investor Relations Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing and Leasing and will support the organization by assisting with investor communications, marketing initiatives, and visual content creation. This foundational role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with an interest in real estate, investor relations, and brand development. What you will do: Marketing & Leasing:

• Track and analyze vacancy, traffic, and leasing data; provide recommendations to enhance leasing performance.
• Support current efforts in defining corporate standards and ensuring consistent use of our corporate brand.
• Coordinate advertising listings and ensure pricing, incentives, and content are up to date.
• Respond to initial lead inquiries, track leads, and forward relevant communication.
• Manage updates to rental platform listings and maintain a weekly vacancy tracker.
• Assist in marketing collateral creation and ensure alignment with brand standards across all channels, such as digital, social, print, etc.

• Oversee signage, hoarding, and promotional material coordination for leasing initiatives.
• Provide administrative support, including managing invoices, allocating costs across properties, and coordinating project timelines

Digital & Social Media:

• Assist in content creation for digital platforms, including website updates, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Support social media account management, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities.
• Monitor social media trends, track engagement, and recommend new strategies.
• Manage online reputation, responding to media inquiries and addressing negative reviews.

Investor Relations:

• Develop and manage investor communication materials, including reports, presentations, and newsletters.
• Support the preparation of financial and operational performance reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain investor databases and ensure timely communication with existing and potential investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings, site tours, and company presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform investor relations strategies.
• Collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align messaging.

Who we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services and/or real estate sector, preferably in investor relations or a related field in marketing and administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with AI powered tools and graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI or similar emerging technologies to enhance visual content.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills for investor and marketing materials.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Interest in real estate investment and property management.
