Job Responsibility:
The Farmer's Daughter is a cozy and intimate cheese shop, bistro and wine bar in Sidney!We are looking for a retail cheese shop associate to join our team!Must be available to work weekends.
Duties include:
Assist retail customers with cheese selection, pick-ups, and sales, ensuring excellent customer service
Merchandise and stock cheeses and grocery items
Assist kitchen with menu items
Maintain clean and full display of cheese and cheese related retail products
Maintain clean and safe work environment in shop
Ring guests up, ensure orders are correct
Run food and beverages as needed, with proper table side etiquette
Adhere to proper opening & closing procedures
Assemble cheese, charcuterie boards and catering platters

Knowledge of cheese and wine is considered an asset, training will be provided
Food Safe Level 1 is considered an asset
Must have Serving it Right
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
