SITE CLERK — ALL LOCATIONS (continuous recruitment)

In order to continue meeting our needs in a growth environment, EBC is looking for site clerks. As a site clerk, you will perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• daily completion of payroll from site time sheets;
  


• purchasing of materials and supplies as requested by Site Management;
  


• weekly completion of equipment log;
  


• handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned;
  


• daily use of computer software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems;
  


• administers and maintains confidential information and records, including employee files;
  


• upkeep of site trailer;
  


• other duties as required.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• completion of high school;
  


• minimum one year of office experience;
  


• minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency;
  


• excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  


• bilingual (an asset).
