About the role:

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you'll join a team that learns from and mentors each other, and provides high quality interdisciplinary care as part of one of the most multidisciplinary teams in British Columbia. If you're looking to practice massage therapy the way it should be done—with the time to build meaningful client relationships, a focus on evidence-based treatment, and the support of a multidisciplinary team—this is your opportunity. 

Compensation:

An RMT working 5 days a week can expect to earn approximately $117,600/year, at a 70% fee split.

This is a part time OR full time, permanent contractor position.

As an RMT at Tall Tree, you will:

• Provide client-centered therapy. Assess and treat individuals using evidence-based manual therapy techniques tailored to their needs, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and other approaches within your scope. 
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team . You'll coordinate care with Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals when an integrated approach is beneficial for client outcomes. 
• Engage with external stakeholders . You'll communicate with third-party insurance providers, employers, and other relevant professionals while maintaining clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. 
• Commit to continuous growth. You’ll stay up to date with the latest research, treatment techniques, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care. 

We’re looking for: 

• Someone qualified to practice massage therapy in British Columbia. You are a member of the College of Complimentary Health Professionals of BC. Ideally, you have 2+ years experience in private practice.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills: You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team. You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you're speaking, listening, or writing. You use precise language, compelling reassurance, healing narratives, and consistent messages. 
• Enthusiasm for teaching: You love sharing knowledge and can help mentor colleagues. 
• Humility and curiosity: You have an eagerness to learn and collaborate.

• Strong Administrative Support: Our incredible admin team handles reception, booking, billing, invoicing, and patient communication so you can focus on patient care. 
• Great Tools: Access Jane for booking, charting, scheduling - anytime, anywhere. We also provide free access to Jane AI tools to make charting faster and easier. 
• Dedicated Marketing team: Our in-house marketing team helps run advertising, promotion, and supports you to build your dream caseload.
