<\/li> - Psychotropic and related drugs are administered. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Adherence to non -medicinal therapy regimens is monitored. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Getting rid of possibly dangerous and triggering environmental elements. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Highly restless patients are restrained, consoled, and occasionally medicated. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Keeping track of patients’ health journeys and reporting on significant changes. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Providing focused psycho education, especially within families. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div><\/span>Requirements <\/h3>
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with the latter preferred. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Pertinent state licensures. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - PMHNP -BC certification is preferred. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - BLS certification was obtained. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Knowledge of cultural perspectives of psychiatric issues. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Well -honed triaging, diagnostic, and clinical judgment capacities. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/li> - Resilience, empathy, and determination. <\/span> <\/span>
