As a Senior Counsel, you will handle a critical litigation portfolio and provide legal counsel alongside the People & Culture team. Your expertise in managing commercial disputes and medical malpractice claims will be key to enhancing risk management strategies within the organization. This position calls for professionals who excel in both proactive legal strategies and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Prenuvo's litigation portfolio and dockets
- Direct outside counsel for litigation across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct internal investigations on legal issues
- Monitor and report on litigation matters and budget management
- Partner with teams to identify and reduce liability risks
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years in litigation and employment law
- Experience managing outside counsel effectively
- Proficient in drafting employment policies
- Excellent communication skills for legal clarity
