What you will be doing, but not limited to:
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
Prepare tax documents.
Manage the AP cycle responsibilities for payments.
Inputting invoices and applying payment
Supporting the audit
Compile and analyze financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting.
NetSuite experience can be an asset.
About your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in Accounts Payable job function
Thorough knowledge of computer software programs such as NetSuite
Ability to work well with team members from other departments.
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in effective communication, project management
strategies and teamwork.
Good time management skills and conflict resolution technique
