We are looking for someone who is able to cover a Maternity Leave, from September 9th 2024 to September 8th 2025. Here, you will be empowered to follow your passion to continuously learn and grow. Not to forget to mention, we have one of the friendliest teams on the globe!What you will be doing, but not limited to:
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
- Prepare tax documents.
- Manage the AP cycle responsibilities for payments.
- Inputting invoices and applying payment
- Supporting the audit
- Compile and analyze financial statements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- NetSuite experience can be an asset.
About your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in Accounts Payable job function
- Thorough knowledge of computer software programs such as NetSuite
- Ability to work well with team members from other departments.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in effective communication, project management
- strategies and teamwork.
- Good time management skills and conflict resolution technique
