Lead Mechanical Technical Services Manager

Take charge as the Technical Services Manager, Mechanical at Finning and support our mining customers by leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Mechanical Inspectors in high-impact field service
- Ensure safety and operational compliance
- Develop and mentor a skilled team for customer support
- Troubleshoot and solve critical product issues
- Drive business performance and identify growth opportunities
- 2–5 years of leadership experience required
- Journeyman Red Seal or Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years with Caterpillar machinery
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in driving service delivery and planning
