Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide teams in building scalable, reliable, and efficient systems aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development
• Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in design, coding, and testing
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security
• Manage team performance, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with system design, architecture, and scalable applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
