Master in Management Program Coordinator

Join the University of Victoria as a Master in Management Program Coordinator. This hybrid position is key to launching an innovative academic program supporting student and faculty engagement. You will report to the Director of Graduate Programs, managing the new MM program's launch through effective scheduling and educational resource design. Critical tasks include organizing program activities, preparing student guidelines, and conducting data analysis to inform program improvements. Collaboration across departments will be essential to ensure the program aligns with institutional standards and student needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination of academic schedules for the MM program
- Design special events and program activities
- Create student advisory materials outlining program commitments
- Implement data collection processes for program evaluation
- Facilitate planning meetings and document outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum three years of relevant coordination experience
- Proficient in project management and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills for diverse interactions
- Familiarity with learning management systems and data reporting
