We are looking for a Client Solutions Associate to join our team in Halifax!

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to the Atlantic team of Client Solutions Managers .  The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff. 

• Set up and maintain client files
• Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy 
• Request and/or process new business and renewals
• Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters 
• Prepare certificates of insurance
• Prepare and maintain premium financing contracts
• Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required
• Handle accounting activities for team
• Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy

• Accurate and detail oriented
• Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Extremely well organized and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well with team and others
