Overview

We are a commercial interior construction company based in the GTA, specializing in high-end commercial renovation projects in the downtown core. We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Writer who is creative, organized, has strong communication skills, and is a team player. Responsibilities

Write and edit professional, high-quality proposal documents and other marketing materials and presentations as required. Collaborate with senior management to develop RFP response strategy. Develop new content to meet specific opportunities. Produce visual communication materials consistent with our brand and vision. Assist with maintenance and brand consistency of the corporate website. Assist with social media updates (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook). Participate in social events promoting the firm’s expertise and brand identity. Qualifications

College or university degree in design, architecture, engineering, writing, languages, translation, journalism, communication, marketing, public relations, administration, or any other related field. Diploma in Visual Communications considered an asset. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication project management or coordination. Experience in construction, architecture, and interior design is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent writing and grammar skills. Strong communication skills; creative, organized, team player. Benefits
