Description du poste:
L’associé, Avant du magasin, dirige de façon proactive les clients vers des caisses ouvertes et aide les clients aux caisses libre-service. Il traite les transactions avec précision et rapidité en mettant en œuvre notre processus de passage à la caisse «ACTion à chaque transaction».
Principales responsabilités:
Assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle
Utiliser le modèle de service à la clientèle Passez à l’ACTion : accueillir le client, créer un lien avec lui et terminer la transaction par des remerciements.
Démontrer une bonne connaissance des produits et des services, et formuler des suggestions appropriées pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
Traiter tous les clients et associés de façon sincère et reconnaissante; réduire le temps d’attente à la caisse et saluer les clients qui attendent.
Promouvoir et recommander les services offerts, comme les services de crédit, la garantie prolongée, la Location, le Service Pro, etc.
Maintenir la sécurité et l’intégrité et réduire les pertes
Respecter toutes les politiques et méthodes relatives à la sécurité et à la prévention des pertes.
Respecter les processus de l’Avant du magasin pour réduire les pertes et protéger les actifs.

Conditions de travail:
L’horaire est variable et peut inclure les soirs et les fins de semaine.
L’entrepôt peut être poussiéreux et bruyant.
Les portes sont souvent ouvertes, ce qui peut causer des courants d’air et des changements de température à l’intérieur.
Études:
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
Expérience professionnelle:
Un ou deux ans d’expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou à titre de caissier, un atout.
