POSITION: CT Technologist

JOB TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta

SALARY/WAGE: $50-65/hour, commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting True Medical Imaging in recruiting a CT Technologist to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform CT examinations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

• Interpret requisitions, prepare and assess patientsfor the exam.

• Position patients for imaging and ensure their safety and comfort.

• Monitor patients during scans and ensure images meet quality standards.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures.

• Maintain clean rooms and equipment, promptly reporting service requirements.

• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technology program.

• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technology (ACMDTT).

• Minimum three (3) years of CT experience preferred.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

• Experience in a private diagnostic imaging environment is considered an asset.
