POSITION: MRI Technologist

JOB TYPE: Part Time / Casual

LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta

SALARY/WAGE: $50 - 60/hour, commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting True Medical Imaging in recruiting an MRI Technologist to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform MRI examinations of all body areas as per protocols.
• Prepare and administer contrast agents as directed by the radiologist.
• Utilize Connect Care and other software to store and retrieve diagnostic images.
• Maintain clean rooms and equipment, promptly reporting service requ irements.
• Commit to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues, and physicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduation from an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.

• Current membership with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) and Alberta College of Medical. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
• Venipuncture certification.
• CPR certification.
