• Champion multidisciplinary engineering efforts
• Provide leadership to the engineering team leads
• Streamline DevOps to enhance overall efficiency
• Own engineering roadmap to ensure milestone delivery
• Manage product compliance and certification processes Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience leading engineering teams
• Familiarity with product compliance and regulatory standards
• Hands-on knowledge of PLM and program management
• Strong DFM mindset for product scalability
