About the Opportunity

Our Clinicians are the heart and face of Hearing Solutions. Through trust, expertise, and compassion, they bring our mission to life every day.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Audiologist or HIS to join our Eglinton Square Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a clinic while delivering meaningful, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you will:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients from initial consultation through ongoing care
• Assess, diagnose, and treat hearing concerns using the best technology and techniques
• Dispense and fit hearing aids, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs
• Deliver exceptional counselling and follow-up care to support long-term outcomes
• Manage clinic operations with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction

You are a motivated and compassionate professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. You build trust quickly and communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or HIS Certification
• Licensed with CASLPO/AHIP and registered with ADP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain and tailor recommendations to patient needs
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and follow-through skills
• Patient-focused approach with empathy, active listening, and professionalism
• Strong influencing skills to guide patients toward the best outcomes
• Accountable, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Compensation:

$70,000 - $110,000 base salary + industry-leading incentives
