We’re currently looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Online Chat Support Agents. In this role, you’ll assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving basic issues, and providing a positive support experience. If you enjoy helping people, communicating online, and working in a structured environment, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Be DoingRespond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, orders, or general support topics
Document conversations and update customer records when needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards What We’re Looking For
Written communication and typing skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Professional attitude and willingness to learn Training & Support
You’ll receive structured onboarding and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. We value teamwork, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Work Schedule
