Experienced Newborn Twin Nanny / Mother’s Helper

Looking for an experienced caregiver to help our family once our twin babies arrive. We will have newborn twins and an older (2.5) toddler, so we are specifically hoping to find someone who is comfortable and confident helping to care for two newborns at once. We are looking for someone with newborn and ideally twin/multiple experience who can provide hands-on support during the early months. This is primarily about helping us navigate the newborn stage and giving Mom a chance to rest, shower, eat, and simply have another set of hands. Duties may include caring for/holding one or both babies, bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, settling babies for naps, washing/preparing bottles, baby laundry and light tidying related to the babies. We would also appreciate occasional help with our toddler when needed, but the primary focus will be the twins. We are hoping to find someone who is calm, nurturing, dependable and genuinely enjoys newborns. Experience with twins is a major plus. We are flexible on scheduling and would prefer to arrange a consistent schedule rather than occasional babysitting. We are open to discussing daytime hours and potentially occasional evening/overnight support depending on availability and experience once a week We are a loving family and are looking for someone who will feel like a trusted extra set of hands during a very special (and undoubtedly busy 😂) season of our lives.
