We're now offering up to $5,000 in guaranteed monthly earnings for your first three months to qualified sales professionals with previous dealership automotive sales experience. Conditions apply.

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying journey with professionalism and care
• Build trust and rapport to foster long-term client relationships
• Stay informed on product knowledge across all brands
• Follow up on leads and close sales with confidence and integrity
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

What You Bring:

• A genuine passion for working with people and helping them make great decisions
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Resilience, energy, and a team-first mindset
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous sales experience is an asset but attitude and ambition are what matter most
• Tech-savviness and comfort with tools like Outlook, MS Office, and CRM systems
