We are looking for a Beauty Sales Consultant for our McKenzie Towne Centre, Calgary  Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs
• Create welcoming, memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
• Share your passion for hair and beauty by educating customers on products, routines, and trends
• Support sales goals by confidently promoting products, services, and new launches
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised sales floor
• Support daily salon operations, including bookings, merchandising, and teamwork across the store
• Step in where needed to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Have fun while delivering consistent, 5-star customer service

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of retail or beauty sales experience
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
