What You’ll Do:

· Deliver a world-class sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery · Create business with strong prospecting and networking

· Build trust and rapport with every client to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle and options

· Stay current on vehicle features, financing options, and competitive offerings

· Respond to all leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner

· Collaborate with the sales and business office teams to exceed customer expectations

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 1 year of automotive or retail sales experience (automotive preferred)

· Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Tech-savvy and organized — confident using MS Office, Sales CRM, Social Media

· A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract

· A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
