The Acquisition Group is hiring Sales Representatives in Calgary for our TELUS direct residential sales team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to develop more than sales skills. You'll gain experience in communication, customer management, goal setting, teamwork, and leadership while working in a performance-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Represent TELUS and engage with customers in residential communities
- Develop strong communication and presentation techniques
- Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Work with your team to achieve shared objectives
- Track your own progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Apply coaching and feedback to strengthen your performance
- Build the foundation for future leadership responsibilities
Growth & Incentives
- Uncapped commission-based compensation, dependent on commission rates associated with successfully sold products
- Up to $600/week training bonus for eligible new hires
- Up to $1,200 toward tuition for eligible student representatives
- Ongoing training and mentorship

Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
No previous sales experience required.
