We work with contractors, builders, renovation companies, interior designers, and homeowners throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

We are seeking motivated, self-employed sales professionals interested in building long-term business relationships and growing their income through a performance-based commission opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Independently identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish relationships with general contractors, flooring installers, builders, renovation companies, and interior designers.
• Promote TXIT's flooring, tile, and architectural wall panel products.
• Generate customer leads and coordinate quotations with our team.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.
• Manage your own sales activities and business development schedule.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, building materials, construction, or renovations.
• Existing connections within Calgary's construction and renovation industry are an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated individuals capable of independently generating leads and closing sales.
• Reliable transportation for customer visits.
• Comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis.

We especially welcome established independent sales agents who already represent complementary construction and building materials.

Compensation & Working Arrangement

100% Commission-Based – Uncapped Earning Potential

• Competitive Product-Specific Commissions: Earn a percentage of gross profit on eligible sales.
• Higher Commission Opportunities: Our acoustic wall panels and tiles offer particularly attractive commission rates.
• SPC Flooring Commissions: Earn competitive commissions on flooring sales, with opportunities to develop recurring contractor accounts.
• Repeat Customer Commissions: Additional earning opportunities from qualifying repeat orders.
• Flexible Schedule: Work independently and manage your own hours.
• No Mandatory Showroom Shifts: Focus on developing customers and generating orders.
• Non-Exclusive Partnership: Suitable for independent agents representing multiple complementary product lines.

Commission rates vary by product category and will be discussed with qualified candidates. All payment and eligibility terms will be defined in the independent contractor agreement.
