Senior Manager in Assurance & Accounting

This position at MNP requires you to leverage 7 years of public accounting experience to meet client needs while overseeing audit, budgeting, and internal controls engagements. You'll provide tailored financial insights, manage client portfolios, and deliver high-quality audit and assurance services to strengthen relationships. Mentorship of team members and involvement in business development will be essential in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit and compliance engagements for clients
- Deliver expert industry knowledge via client reports and presentations
- Manage client portfolios to grow relationships and deliver added value
- Oversee engagement planning, scheduling, and project financials
- Network within the business community for client opportunities
- 7 years public accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of accounting and management principles
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Excellent strategic planning abilities
- Flexibility to travel as needed
