Health Services Manager at Planned Parenthood

Elevate youth health care as a Health Services Manager at Planned Parenthood Toronto (PPT). This hybrid role involves leadership for allied health teams focusing on Black health equity and support. In this permanent, full-time position, you will oversee a dynamic group of health providers including therapists and case managers. You will lead PPT’s Black Health Team, enhancing services through program development and strategic outreach. Your expertise will shape initiatives that aim to diminish health disparities experienced by youth and marginalized communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Black Health Team’s initiatives and vision
- Oversee allied health services and team workflows
- Manage staff scheduling and operational protocols
- Assess quality standards and address service barriers
- Support program evaluations and client feedback processes
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Identifies as Black or with intersecting identities
- Experience in health equity-focused communities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Tech-savvy with Office 365 and electronic medical record systems
