Director of Hotel Operations at Urgo

- Create and execute operational strategies for hotels
- Lead financial oversight, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and brand standards
- Develop talent among general managers and their teams
- Build strong partnerships with hotel owners through clear communication
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hotel management
- 2 years in regional or corporate multi-unit management
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or business
- Advanced financial skills and data interpretation
- Fluent in English; professional French preferred
