This position demands a strong focus on profitability, expense management, and compliance with company policies. Retail management experience is a must for driving daily success. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Maximize sales through effective management
- Control shrinkage and manage inventory processes
- Supervise and develop store staff
- Execute company policies and merchandising strategies
- At least 21 years of age
- Proven experience in retail management
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
