✨ Rejoignez une chaîne de restaurants dynamique et conviviale, spécialisée dans la restauration rapide et de qualité. Nous recherchons un a ssistant manager motivé et organisé pour accompagner les propriétaires dans la gestion quotidienne du restaurant et encadrer l’équipe en place.
L'établissement est située dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick , plus précisément à Dieppe, où se trouve une petite communauté francophone dans cette région, de base anglophone.
À quelques minutes de Moncton , la plus grande ville de la province, Dieppe offre un parfait équilibre entre opportunités professionnelles et qualité de vie exceptionnelle.
En tant qu’assistant manager, vous aurez un rôle clé dans l’organisation du restaurant :
✅ Gestion opérationnelle
- Assurer une présence sur le terrain et occuper différents postes (caissier, préparation des pâtes, ligne de service, plonge).
- Veiller à la propreté et au bon fonctionnement du restaurant.
- Appliquer et faire respecter les réglementations gouvernementales et les normes de sécurité alimentaire.
- Gérer les stocks, passer les commandes fournisseurs et réaliser les inventaires.
✅ Encadrement et management d’équipe
- Service client et expérience client
- Assurer une présence aux heures de pointe pour garantir la fluidité du service.
- Maintenir une apparence professionnelle et représenter les valeurs du restaurant.
Expérience en gestion d’équipe en restauration rapide ou traditionnelle.
- ##Bilingue en anglais (Ou presque)
- ##Capacité à occuper différents postes en restauration.
- ##Sens du service client et excellente gestion du stress.
- ##Bonne maîtrise des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- ##À l’aise avec la gestion des stocks et la réalisation des commandes.
