Data Entry Clerk — Remote / Work From Home

Job Description

Titan Edge Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a fully remote, work-from-home position. You will enter and update information in company systems, check records for accuracy, and organize digital documents.

All duties, training, and team meetings will be completed online. No office attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Review documents for missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.
• Check completed entries against source documents and correct errors.
• Organize and maintain electronic files.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries when requested.
• Keep company and customer information confidential.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members through email, messaging, and video calls.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Accurate typing and strong attention to detail.
• Good written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and work independently from home.
• Previous data-entry or administrative experience is an asset but is not required.
