After-School Nanny & Family Cook Needed (M/W/F, 3 PM - 7/8 PM)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (approx. 12–15 hours/week) Hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM Start Date: As soon as possible Pay Rate: $20 – $30/hour (negotiable based on cooking experience) About Our Family: We are a busy, creative family with two energetic kids aged 4 and 7. We are looking for an independent, organized, and reliable "Family Assistant" to take over the busy after-school routine so Mom and Dad can focus on their second jobs. Core Responsibilities: After-School Routine: Handle school/daycare pickup (or meet them at the bus), bring them home, and manage afternoon snacks. Energy Burn: Take the kids to the park or play games in the backyard to burn off after-school energy. Meal Prep & Cooking: Prepare a fresh, healthy family-style dinner from scratch for the kids and parents. No gourmet chef skills required, but you must be comfortable confidently navigating a kitchen and making nutritious meals the kids will love. Kitchen Cleanup: Clean up entirely after cooking and eating. This includes loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping counters, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Wind-Down: Help pack school bags for the next day, organize toys, and assist with the early stages of the bedtime routine. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Experienced with preschool and school-aged children. Strong multitasking skills (comfortable cooking while keeping an eye/ear on the kids). Reliable, punctual, and highly organized. Great communication skills. Must be legally allowed to work in Canada. Fluency in English or French (bilingualism is a plus).
