We are seeking a dedicated, professional nanny to join our household. We are looking for a caregiver who is passionate about infant development and eager to become an integral part of our family’s growth. This is a full time live-out position. Role & Responsibilities Our primary focus is the well-being and development of our child. A central component of this role is the consistent implementation of our sleep training routine. We are looking for a nanny who is comfortable following established sleep protocols and maintaining a disciplined nap schedule to support our child’s healthy development. In addition to attentive childcare, responsibilities include occasional light housekeeping and healthy meal preparation (To be discussed). While we prioritize a consistent daytime schedule, we may occasionally request late-evening care for dinners or events; advance notice will always be provided. The Long-Term Picture We are planning to transition our child to daycare by Summer or Fall 2026. However, we are specifically looking for a candidate interested in a long-term relationship. As we hope to expand our family within the next 12 to 24 months, we are open to discussing how this role evolves—whether through a hybrid schedule during the daycare transition or returning to full-time care in the future. We value continuity and are looking for someone to grow with us. Qualifications & Compensation Proven experience in infant care. Valid CPR and First Aid certification (required).
