Experienced Part-Time Nanny Needed for 12-Month-Old | Saint-Laurent | $25–$30/hour A warm, outdoors-loving family in Bois-Franc, Saint-Laurent, is looking for an experienced, affectionate, and dependable nanny to care for their 12-month-old daughter. Start date: September 29, 2026 Schedule: Approximately three weekdays per week, with the possibility of a fourth day during some weeks. Working hours will generally be between 8:30–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–5:30 p.m. The exact days and hours will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Commitment: One-year position. The family is seeking someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with young children and supporting their development through conversation, singing, reading, creative play, and outdoor activities. Their daughter is curious, joyful, and loves exploring her surroundings. Responsibilities include: Providing attentive, nurturing, and screen-free childcare. Supporting feeding, naps, hygiene, and daily routines. Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities. Taking the child on walks and to nearby parks. Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child. Cleaning up after meals. Completing the child’s laundry. Keeping child-related spaces organized. Communicating openly with the parents. The ideal candidate has substantial experience caring for infants and young toddlers and brings warmth, patience, confidence, good judgment, and a genuine interest in building a meaningful relationship with the child. Requirements: Experience caring for infants and young toddlers. Strong, verifiable childcare references. Authorization to work in Canada. Fluency in French and/or English. Emergency Childcare First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification before the start date. Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
