Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of permanent part-time Gas Bar Clerk (24-39 hrs/week) at our 2nd Avenue C-Store/Gas Bar location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the 2nd Avenue C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
• Ability to learn and understand the POS system, pumps, propane.
• Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

• Work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work.
• Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills.
• Ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
• POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willing to obtain WHMIS, propane dispensing certifications.
