Casual Emergency Response Team (ERT) members to support projects across
Saskatchewan —and we want skilled, motivated professionals ready to step in when it matters most.
This is a great opportunity to supplement your current role, gain diverse site experience, and work with a respected leader in emergency and safety services.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of Haztech’s Emergency Response Team, you’ll help protect people, property, and the environment by providing professional on-site emergency services. No two shifts are the same, and your skills will be put to meaningful use.
Respond to on-site emergencies and incidents
Provide firefighting, medical, and rescue support as required
Perform confined space and rope rescue operations
Inspect and monitor confined spaces and work at heights
Maintain and inspect fire, rescue, and EMS equipment
Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and training
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety procedures and site standards
Your role directly supports safe operations and effective emergency preparedness across client sites.
What You Bring
Required
NFPA 1001 Level I & II
NFPA 1006 or Equivalent Rope Rescue
Confined Space Rescue & Rope Rescue
First Responder Level B
Valid Driver’s License
Clean criminal record
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
NFPA 1002
1+ year of firefighting or industrial emergency response experience
Ability to obtain Class 3A license (if required for specific sites)
