Experienced Oracle HCM Consultant Role

Take on the role of an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with Insight Global. This part-time opportunity could evolve into a full-time position, focusing on Oracle Cloud HCM operations. As part of this 12-month contract, you will bring 7–9 years of relevant experience to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and enhancements. Your concentration will include Core HR and modules such as Compensation and Onboarding. Collaborate closely with the HR, Payroll, and IT departments to ensure seamless integrations and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and support releases
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT for system enhancements
- Manage payroll processes and necessary integrations
- Facilitate thorough testing and troubleshooting
- Provide effective production support and updates
- Minimum 7–9 years in Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong background in Core HR and additional modules
- Expertise in fit-gap analysis and system configurations
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Aptitude for part-time work transitioning to full-time
