Research Scientist for Drug Discovery at Valence Labs

Valence Labs

Valence Labs is looking for a Research Scientist to pioneer machine learning solutions in drug discovery. If you excel in a multidisciplinary setting and have a passion for AI, this is for you! In this challenging role, you will explore innovative applications of large language models and generative AI, aiming to make significant contributions to drug discovery. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of experts and leverage your technical skills to develop prototypes that will drive research agendas and advance scientific insights. Key Responsibilities:

Execute innovative research in machine learning
Lead efforts in deploying AI in drug discovery
Work closely with researchers across varied disciplines
Publish and communicate research findings effectively
Evaluate and design state-of-the-art machine learning models

Requirements:

PhD in a related field with a focus on AI technologies
Proven impact in machine learning research and development
Strong technical skills and prototyping experience
Background in supervising research projects
Knowledge of biology, chemistry, or physics is advantageous
