Job Summary

We have a Manager, Actuarial opening for our PL Insights team! This role offers the chance to work closely with a team of amazing individuals to help identify opportunities for more data-driven decisions within the broader Corporate PL family. Ensure the quality of operational actuarial deliverables. Oversee daily activities by planning and dispatching work; promote teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration. Guide the training and development of team members; manage performance reviews, training and coaching to meet strategic objectives. Formulate recommendations after analyzing and interpreting reports produced by actuarial analysts and technicians to improve product and service performance. Manage your team’s activities by organizing, planning and controlling the optimal use of human, financial and material resources in accordance with company strategies and budget planning. Represent the actuarial function on various company task forces and act as the point of contact for other business units. Qualifications

University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences. Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management or coaching. Strong skills and knowledge of actuarial techniques. Strategic vision and facilitation of change. Strong communication, time management and organizational skills. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (French‑English) is required. No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range (based on a 35‑hour workweek):

149,600 - 182,800 CAD annually. Annual bonus target:

15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance. Share plan:
