Tender Coordinator for Pinchin Proposals

As a Tender Coordinator, you will support our Proposals team at Pinchin, aiding in identifying and managing procurement opportunities across Canada. Critical skills include monitoring procurement portals and tracking key deadlines. Your contributions will empower our team to develop high-quality submissions, reflecting the innovative spirit of Pinchin. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor procurement portals for relevant opportunities
Screen and categorize bids for service leaders
Track bid/no-bid decisions and follow up with stakeholders
Maintain proposal resources and logs comprehensively
Support proposal development through structured documentation

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Experience in proposals, tenders, or procurement
Familiarity with RFPs and bid processes
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
