Senior Developer:On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Senior Developer - Job Description:The successful candidate will be involved in designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions within a modern Java and microservices environment. This project involves enhancing and supporting existing platforms, ensuring secure and scalable integrations across web, mobile, and customer experience teams.Senior Developer - Responsibilities:• Design and develop Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions• Configure and integrate Guidewire solutions within Java and microservices environments• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver secure integrations• Support the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support• Conduct testing, deployment, and enhancements of solutionsSenior Developer - Mandatory Skills:• Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter• Proficiency in Gosu programming and Guidewire customization• Strong Java fundamentals• Experience with Spring Boot microservices• Experience with relational databases and SQL• Proficiency in API integrations and web services• Experience with integration and automated regression testingSenior Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Guidewire ACE certification• Familiarity with MongoDB for microservice use cases• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ• Knowledge of secure API design and OAuth2• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practicesSenior Developer – Assignment Length:This is a 6-month contract position.Senior Developer - Start Date:ASAPSenior Developer - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
