Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage product marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Utilize Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Amazon promotions analytics and other ecom/social platforms to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product management and marketing initiatives.
Create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for various platforms including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant information and optimized for user experience.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing, product management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms and techniques.
Familiarity with HTML is a plus for website management tasks.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail in content creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
