Key Responsibilities
- Conduct modeling and simulation for power system studies
- Analyze transient responses and evaluate control systems
- Oversee transmission planning and grid interconnection tasks
- Lead training for team members in EMTP methodologies
- Collaborate with utilities and RTOs on technical strategies
Requirements
- At least 5 years in power system simulations required
- Expertise in leading modeling software and agile analysis
- Knowledge of ISO and RTO interconnection processes
- Proven communication skills in technical environments
- Electrical engineering degree required, advanced degrees preferred
